A nvidia geforce graphic card (like 1gb and 512mb) compatible with atom 1.6ghz?

I have installed nfs mw but it runs on very low fps due to my slower processor(atom) and graphic card. I want to know that is there any graphic card (only nvidia geforce) compatible to a slower processor like atom . Thank you in advance
