Why do people like Zero Kiryuu?

[Leaning more towards explanations from the Manga]. I was just curious, everyone hates on Kaname and loves Zero so much it's annoying. Zero hates Yuuki because she's now a Pure-blood, which is wrong, if he did love her he would see the light. [Kaname loved Yuuki even as a human, so why can't Zero do the same, except vice-versa?] And before you say anything, Kaname didn't force Yuuki to follow him. And I'd feel bad if she didn't, everyone is very formal around him, and the only one who isn't is Takuma, so he'd be lonely. [I want the reason why you like Zero, not why you hate Kaname. Please do not answer like, "Zero rules." or "Zero's so hot, badass and cool." Because I know he is. But I can't stand that guy, sorry Zero Fans.]
