Green Lasers in the U.S.A.?

I would like to buy a green laser from the website dealextreme.com (heres a link) http://www.dealextreme.com/c/green-lasers-911 and I'd like to know the max mW that i can buy and not have it taken away by Customs while shipping. I'd like to buy a 50mW or higher but I'd like to make sure it won't get taken away by Customs. Any help would be appreciated...Thanks!
