Suspect neighbors of animal abuse?

im almost 14 and dream of being a vet. if you feel so strongly about the dogs wellbeing just try to find proof that he is being abused. if he comes back take pictures of his marks. every time he comes back take new photos and if the marks are still there u should inform the police. but if the dog never comes bak ur guna hav 2 get sneaky
