Help,im sick! :( i feel horrible!?

i woke up this morning and then i had a chesty cough,i took some sambucol and it didnt reall help i went to school and i was getting a wham head, we finished early and i had to walk to my mums work and i got very hot,tired and cold, every time i brethe i hurts my lungs badly! i am really sick i can hardly move and my head is steaming! im hot inside and cold outside! i think i might have pneumonia :( PLASE help i need help (im 12 years old)
