Well you need to look for signs. Like does he make eye contacts with you? smile at you? Is he always around? Things like that. If you are still not sure, then just talk to him in private and ask him. If he does like you, then try to mention the graduation in your conversation and hopefully he'll make a move soon. If he is too shy, then there's nothing wrong with a girl asking the guy out :)
