If your youtube account gets suspended can you appeal and get it back?

I had my 3 strikes, the third one came to me last week for uploading Discovery Channel's, "A Haunting." My channel had various uploads, literally about 100 or more. Very cool channel. The only ones that the copyright cops complained was Stone and Discovery Channel. Yet, other people have them! I really would have dodge a bullet if Stone didn't complain, *sigh.* Anyways, that was it for copyrighted material. Most of which weren't even full episodes more like a teaser or few mins of the show. I was thinking if I can get my channel back or am I done with? Very sad.. I was being careful and trying to avoid my third strike and wham! :(
