So when i was doing laundry i whammed my head into the washer and now i have an indent in my forhead?

Its not a big gapping hole.. its just like a line that goes in. kind of a crack. and ive been dizzy and miserble and getting headaches and my ears are weird and my eyesight a little off. did i get a slight concussion?
