Guy friend crossed the line but he says he doesn't remember! Please help?

My guy friend who I have a tad bit of a crush on and vice versa went out with mutual friends the other night and we ended up drinking a lot. A friend dropped 3 of us off at his place, there were two couches and his bed downstairs. We drank some more and they went outside for a cig. while i crashed on one of the couches. When they came downstairs, my friend climbed behind me on the couch to cuddle and our friend went onto the other couch. I woke up to my friend's hands wandering in all sorts of areas but I was pretty gone and wasn't able to move much so I just passed out again. The next morning, I woke up to find him in his bed. When he heard me leaving, he said "hey see ya Wed" which is when we had made plans. Today (two days later) he texted and asked if we kissed. I said no. He said "well i know we didn't have sex" but what else happened?" I asked him how he knew we didn't have sex but couldn't remember anything else and he said "bc I went to bed on the couch and woke up in my bed" which makes no sense. Anywho BIG TWIST...he has a gf and she found out I spent the night and asked if anything happened. He claims not to remember anything so I told him we only cuddled. They are having a "talk" tonight about it I guess and IDK if he truly doesn't remember, if hes feeling guilty or what. What should I do? Should I tell him that his hands were in inappropriate places?
