How much in grams of Fe(NH₄)₂(SO₄)₂*6H₂O (MW = 392.14) is required to make a 100mL solution that is 0.5M?
Molarity = (no.of moles/volume of solvent in litre) u have already provided that the volume is 0.1 L . so u require 0.05 moles of the compound ... and it means (0.005*392.14=19.607) ... so u need 19.607 gms of the compound to make 0.5M solution
