Is this comp good for gaming?

It will barely run those games. You would have to run all your game on low settings and you would barely get by. The game might even be a bit slow and/or laggy. I would consider getting more ram, better proccessor, and video card. Ram-6gb, proccessor- atleast 3.0GHz, Video Card-Try a Nividia Geforce 9500 GT or better.
