Am i being over dramatic? or do friends just not respect me that much?

me and my friends joke around at times but yesterday night my friend told my other friend to slap me then the next day it was vice versa, and i would cuss at them as a comeback. also they gang up on me at times but they laugh sometimes, does this all mean that im less respected or something? or am i just being a str8 up drama queen. do u guys joke like this with each other with same amounts of respect to each other?
